Purchase Terms

License

One purchase grants a personal, non-resalable entitlement to use the purchased major version of Resolve Telemetry Overlay and every update released for that major version. The entitlement itself does not expire, but continued use is subject to the internet requirement below. A future different major version may be sold separately.

Devices and trials

One license supports macOS and Windows x64, with up to two computers activated at the same time (total). Windows uses windows-machine-v1; trials are independent per device (device_binding + device_hash are timed separately for each device). Windows x64 Official Release (Self-Signed) is delivered as a manual MSI. Its self-signed certificate is not trusted by the Windows public trust chain, so SmartScreen / Unknown Publisher may appear. Before downloading, confirm that you are on the official site and verify the SHA-256 shown on the download page or manifest. Internet requirement

Initial activation and periodic license refreshes require internet access. Each successful refresh provides a 5-day license lease followed by a 5-day offline grace period, allowing up to 10 consecutive days offline. After that, reconnect and complete a successful refresh to continue using the plugin.

Compatibility

The current release supports Apple Silicon Macs and Windows x64. Windows x64 Official Release (Self-Signed) is delivered as a manual MSI. Check the supported and verified DaVinci Resolve, macOS, and Windows x64 environments on the product page before purchasing. Later changes to third-party hosts or operating systems may affect compatibility; we provide reasonable maintenance but cannot guarantee unverified combinations.

Refunds

If the plugin cannot be installed or launched in an environment explicitly listed as compatible, contact LIGHTOUCH within 14 days of purchase with your order email, system versions, and a description of the issue. We will refund the purchase if the problem cannot be resolved. Change-of-mind requests, purchases made without checking compatibility, or requests after use beyond a reasonable evaluation are handled under applicable local law.

Deactivation

A full refund, chargeback, payment dispute, resale, or clear abuse may deactivate the license. For a normal device change, deactivate the old device first. If it is unavailable, use the purchase email and the 15-minute verification link on the reset page to reset all devices.

Liability

Back up projects before installing the plugin or updating the host. Except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law, LIGHTOUCH is not liable for indirect loss, project corruption, or loss caused by changes to third-party software.

Resolve Telemetry Overlay is an independent third-party plugin and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Blackmagic Design or any device manufacturer.
